What happens after you send this

1. We call or text you back. Name and phone are the only things the form actually needs. If you would rather not type, call — it is the fastest route and it reaches the same person either way.
2. We walk the property before quoting. Not a price over the phone off a square-footage guess. Surfaces that look identical from the street need different work: one needs a clean and a seal, the next has a failed coat that has to be stripped first, and the third has a section that must be reset before anything is sealed. You cannot tell which from a photo.
3. You get a number, and the number holds. We assess first so the figure we give you is the figure on the invoice. Nothing gets added once we are on site.
4. You decide in your own time. If the honest answer is that your surface does not need anything yet, we will tell you that instead of selling you a job a year early.

Useful to mention when you call

None of this is required, and not knowing it costs you nothing. It just means we can give you a straighter answer on the first call.

• Whether the surface has ever been sealed, and roughly how long ago.
• Whether it has gone patchy, cloudy or white — that points at a different job entirely.
• Whether any section has sunk, shifted or grown weeds through the joints.
• Whether it is in full sun or heavy shade, which decides how fast it comes back.
• Whether an HOA or management company needs our license and insurance documents.
