Where in Estero we work
We work across the whole village — the neighborhoods off Corkscrew Road, the corridor along US-41, and the communities either side of the Estero River. If your community has a gate and a management company, we have almost certainly been through it: we are licensed and insured, and we can send those documents straight to an HOA manager who asks for them before the job rather than after.

What Estero properties usually need
Estero sits far enough back from open water that salt is rarely the main problem here, which makes it different from the island work. What we find instead is shade. A great deal of Estero is mature, well-planted and heavily treed, and that means two things on a paver surface.
The first is organic staining — leaf litter, berries and the tannins that come out of them, which sit on the surface and darken it in patches rather than evenly. The second is regrowth speed. A shaded, damp section will green over again far faster than the same surface in full sun, so the interval between cleans on a north-facing lanai is genuinely shorter than on the driveway twenty feet away.
Neither is a reason to clean the whole property more often. It is a reason to treat the shaded sections on their own schedule, which is what we will tell you when we walk it.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a travel fee for Estero jobs?
No — Estero is in our standard service area.
How often should I have my driveway pressure washed in Estero?
The climate is the same as Bonita Springs — once a year is standard, more often for surfaces with heavy shade or tree coverage.
Do you have photos of work in Estero itself?
Not ones we can honestly label as such. We have hundreds of job photos going back to 2022, but the captions on the Estero jobs do not name the village unambiguously, and we will not relabel a driveway from one town as another to fill a gallery. The photos shown on this page are real jobs from a few minutes away, each captioned with the town it was actually taken in.
Can you seal a brand-new installation?
Yes, and it is the right time to do it. A new surface sealed from day one never has to be recovered from later — no bleaching to reverse, no failed coat to strip. If someone else laid your pavers and did not seal them, that is still fine; we will clean, re-sand and seal what is there.
